CQM Plan
Turnaround: 5 working days- Contract plans and specifications, including the quality control section
- Names and resumes of your QC Manager and QC staff
- List of subcontractors and the work each one does
Accident Prevention Plan
Turnaround: 5 working days- Contract plans and specifications
- Project scope, location and schedule
- Names and qualifications of your SSHO, Competent Persons and Qualified Persons
- List of subcontractors and major equipment
Activity Hazard Analysis
Turnaround: 3 working days- Contract plans and specifications
- The activity or definable feature of work to be covered
